Mit diesem Pizzabackblech steht einer knusprigen Pizza nichts mehr im Wege.Das Blech ist aus eloxiertem Aluminium gefertigt. Durch das Eloxieren bildet sich auf der Oberfläche eine Schutzschicht, die das Blech vor Oxidation und Korrosion schützt. Gleichzeitig wird das Blech widerstandsfähiger gegen Abrieb und Kratzer.Durch die Perforation kann die Luft beim Backen besser zirkulieren und Ihr Teigboden wird gleichmäßig gebacken.
